PB2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
2 tbsp PB2 Chocolate Peanut
2 scoops Vi-Shake
4 ice cubes

Blend and Enjoy!

If you can not resist the pull towards warm flap jacks then this is the recipe for you!

4 Egg Whites
1/2 cup Oatmeal (Old Fashion)
1/4 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 packets of Splenda (or no calorie sweetener)

Combine all ingredients and blend (I use the Magic Bullet Blender).  Poor on to a non-stick skillet on med heat.  Lightly brown on eat side and serve.  

Toppings: Light Syrup (2 tblsp), Sugar Free Syrup, Bananas, Frozen Strawberries (microwave till saucy), or just get creative:)

Eggcellent Egg Muffins Cups


12 Eggs

12 Slices of Ham (no thin sliced)

Shredded Cheese (low fat)

Veggies of Choice (onions, chives, tomato, etc)

Pre-Heat oven at 350 degrees.  Spray muffin molds or line with foil cups then place a slice of ham in each cup.  Put one whole egg in each ham lined cup (you can scramble before you pour if you like), add veggies, and a pinch of cheese.  Next, put tray in oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes(or until fully cooked with no liquid in middle).  

These are great to prepare ahead of time and store in the refrigerator to microwave when convenient!!
