Brooke will consult with you on the amount of time and commitment you can dedicate to a program and she will advice you on what program will work best for you. Fitness & Nutrition Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Brooke's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:
Brooke will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. You will always go over what muscles we are working and why. You will learn what combinations of exercises work the best to isolate the muscle you intend to work. Brooke will work with you to learn how to and achieve maximum results. You will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.
You will be educated on the aspects of a solid cardiovascular training program. You will go through a variety of cardio training to show the possibilities and to help keep you from getting bored. Cardio is an integral part of a fitness program if not for the fat burning benefits but for the cardiovascular benefits. Cardio will sometimes be combined with strength training to maximize time and benefits.
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program.
