Brooke Doesburg develops education based training programs for beginners on up.  The goal of the program is to build your fitness knowledge base so that you feel comfortable and confident in the gym or fit lifestyle.  Programs are usually from 4 to 16 weeks and build upon the knowledge you learn each week.
