Brooke Doesburg is one of Chicago's best Woman Only Trainers that specializes in Education based fitness programs.
In her late teens and early twenties Brooke modeled for such magazines as Cosmo Girl, Stuff, FHM, and more. Brooke also competed in the Miss Indiana Teen USA Pageant and the Miss Indiana American Coed Pageant. She was also a spokes model and traveled with the Bacardi Red Hot Road Trip Tour. She continued on to work for Miller Lite as a promotional specialist for four years.
After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Public Health she went on to work for some big name corporations including CDW & Coca-Cola. While driven to succeed she found that her true drive was to help others be healthy and fit! She went back to school and earned her Personal Training Certificate from DePaul University then her American College of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Certification. Brooke spent time as a trainer at a national gym but settled into her role as a private personal trainer or as she likes to say, "motivational trainer!"
She has incorporated the lessons learned from watching others struggle with diet obsession and workout obsession into her approach. She is determined to end the obsession so that we all can be better role models for the younger generation.
Brooke is selective about the clients she accepts into her program. She admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes a person that is truely open to making the decision to learn and change. But Brooke's techniques soften the blow by making learning about your health interesting and motivational.
